What if the product was damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to using our contact form, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

What if I made a mistake with my shipping address?

If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

What if I had issues with customs?

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our printing facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable). Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by you.
